Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality, concierge or guest relations.
• Ability to create highly personalized guest itineraries and experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests and tailor wellness itineraries to goals.
• Coordinate spa, fitness, dining, outdoor activities and reservations.
• Provide concierge-style service, anticipating needs and resolving concerns.
• Collaborate with Spa, Rooms, Culinary and other teams to execute guest plans.
• Offer thoughtful recommendations and maintain in-depth knowledge of offerings.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and optimize scheduling and revenue opportunities.
