Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality and/or luxury sales preferred.
• Cash handling and basic computer skills required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inspire them to enjoy the Canyon Ranch experience.
• Generate revenue by sharing information about services and enhancements.
• Book, alter, and recap services; include detailed notes for guests.
• Handle guest transactions (cash, credit cards, room charges, gift certificates, comps).
• Maintain professional, friendly service and confidentiality.
