Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a dynamic work force.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ Club departments.
• Complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually.
• Adhere to monthly ordering timelines and budgets.
• Maintain high-level customer service to club members.
• Support ancillary departments and sales with the General Manager.
• Monitor monthly departmental goals and projections.
• Ensure club cleanliness and safety per standards.
• Follow risk management and loss prevention procedures.
• Handle other projects as delegated by the General Manager.
• Be available for location reassignment and flexible schedules.
