Job summary

Equinox is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club operations at our premium wellness club. You will inspire teams, manage schedules, payroll budgets, and uphold Equinox brand standards.

Responsibilities include staff performance evaluations, cost control, safety, service quality, and collaboration with General Manager to support sales. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability with 1–3 years of management experience in an operational management environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High touch customer service experience preferred.
• Effective time management and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Influence and inspire a dynamic workforce.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club to meet brand standards and payroll budgets.
• Complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually.
• Adhere to monthly ordering timelines and supply budgets.
• Ensure a high level of customer service to club members.
• Support ancillary departments and sales with General Manager input.
• Monitor monthly departmental goals and projections; adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to Equinox standards; uphold risk management.
