Equinox in Orange County is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club teams across Newport Beach and Huntington Beach clubs. You will partner with the General Manager to meet brand standards, develop staff, and manage payroll budgets while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance evaluations, creating schedules, ensuring club cleanliness and safety, and driving guest satisfaction in a high-end wellness

Formación

• 1-3 years of management experience in an operational management industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High touch customer service experience preferred.
• Effective time management and follow up skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Influence and inspire a dynamic workforce.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club departments to meet brand standards and payroll budgets.
• Complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually.
• Adhere to monthly ordering timeline and supply budgets.
• Ensure a high level of customer service to club members.
• Support ancillary departments and sales with General Manager partnership.
• Monitor monthly departmental goals and projections.
• Ensure cleanliness of club per Equinox standard and maintain safety procedures.
• Be open to location reassignment and flexible scheduling.
