Job summary

Amber Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Manager for The Legacy in St. Augustine, FL. You will own the full sales cycle—from inquiry to contract—and lead a high-performing team to achieve ambitious revenue goals, while delivering a white-glove client experience.

You’ll conduct engaging tours, present premium packages, and relentlessly follow up to maximize conversions. Onsite role with standard business hours and occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to close high-value events and contracts.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience coaching and leading a sales team.
• Comfort with CRM tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from inquiry to signed contract.

• Conduct in-person and virtual venue tours to showcase value.
