Qualifications

• Five or more years of luxury retail experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office; adaptable and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while developing prospective clientele and maintaining a loyal client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, provide product knowledge, and support after-sales clients.
• Capture client information, follow up with clients and prospects, and resolve service challenges professionally.
• Support boutique events, meetings, training, administrative operations, and inventory management.
• Finalize sales in SAP and maintain merchandise presentation in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
