You will cultivate a personal client book using CRM best practices, execute consultative selling across brands, accurately process sales and deposits, and collaborate with the team to meet boutique targets while maintaining impeccable

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing environments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, luxury client experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build, manage, and grow a personal client book using CRM best practices.
• Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up to nurture long-term client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs; utilize consultative selling across brands.
• Accurately process sales, deposits, and service transactions; document client interactions in CRM.
