Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop potential clients through walk-in traffic.
• Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client tastes and goals for future purchases.
• Target new/specific jewelry/watch products to existing clientele.
• Assist team in the sales process where needed.
• Regularly utilize all forms of communication to generate sales.
• Develop client base and reach new prospects.
• Provide superior after-sale service to all Harry Winston clients.
• Engage in personalized contact for product maintenance and client care.
• Keep management informed of potential product and client issues.
