This role requires 3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma required; foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Accept repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to deliver an end-to-end client experience.
