Job summary

The RealReal seeks a Visual Merchandiser to uphold store aesthetics and merchandising standards across our luxury fashion retail spaces. You are client-obsessed, adaptable, and passionate about fashion and sustainability, embodying TRR culture through collaboration and results.

You will work with the Shop Manager to optimize displays for sales and customer experience, create weekly store photo packages, and support online orders, inventory, and in-store events as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Visual Merchandising experience.
• Strong eye for design at a luxury level.
• Ability to excel in a high paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of women’s and men’s high fashion.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Leadership capabilities and desire to grow.
• Ability to use technological tools with ease.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Commit to 40 hours per week.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Shop Manager to maximize profitability via displays and merchandising.
• Create weekly store photo package and coordinate with the Visual Director.
• Assist with online order fulfillment and inventory management regularly.
• Assist with organizing, installing and dismantling events and workshops as needed.
