Job summary

The RealReal in Palo Alto is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to oversee store aesthetics and merchandising standards. You will collaborate with the Shop Manager to drive sales and enhance customer experience in a luxury retail setting.

Role requires 2+ years in retail visual merchandising, a strong eye for luxury fashion, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use technology tools is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Visual Merchandising experience
• Strong eye for design at a luxury level
• Ability to excel in a high paced retail environment
• A well-versed knowledge of Women’s and Men’s high fashion
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Leadership capabilities & desire to grow leadership career
• Ability to use technological tools with ease
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Shop Manager to optimize displays and merchandising for sales and customer experience
• Create weekly store photo package and coordinate with the Visual Director
• Assist with online order fulfillment and inventory management
• Assist with organizing, installing and dismantling in-store events and workshops
