Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a VIC Development & Experience Manager for the Avenue Flagship stores. You will develop and execute VIC initiatives, deepen relationships with top-tier clients, and drive engagement and revenue growth in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires a deep understanding of luxury client behavior, collaboration with store leadership, and the ability to translate client needs into strategic growth plans and enhanced clienteling programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to expand VIC base to drive engagement and revenue.
• Plan VIC room and floor strategy in store renovations.
• Collaborate with Store Director on VIC acquisition plans.
• Coordinate with Store Ops, Marketing, Buying & Planning to align VIC strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop strategic growth plan for Million Dollar Sellers.
• Educate sales teams on VIC strategies and best practices.
