Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a VIC Development & Experience Manager for the Avenue Flagship stores. The role focuses on developing and executing VIC initiatives to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and revenue from premium clients.

You will collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to align VIC strategies with overall business objectives, and drive growth of Million Dollar Sellers through effective clienteling and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive client engagement and manage relationships in luxury retail.
• Deep understanding of luxury clientele and consumer behavior.
• Past experience leading retail teams.
• Ability to learn technical applications quickly.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop VIC expansion strategies to grow a premium client base.
• Collaborate with Store Director to plan VIC room/floor strategy.
• Coordinate with Store Ops, Marketing, Buying & Planning to align VIC initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with top clients and identify upsell opportunities.
• Educate sales teams on VIC best practices and clienteling techniques.
