The role requires a deep understanding of luxury client behavior, collaboration with store leadership, and the ability to translate client needs into strategic growth plans and enhanced clienteling programs.

Position Overview

The VIC Development & Experience Manager is responsible for developing and executing VIC initiatives within the Avenue Flagship store(s). This position requires a deep understanding of the luxury retail industry and consumer behavior, and proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with top tier clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

New VIC Development:

• Develop strategies to expand our VIC base that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth
• Develop VIC room and floor strategy with store renovation
• Collaborate with Store Director to create effective VIC acquisition plans aligned to overall Store strategy
• Work with cross-functional partners in Store Operations, Marketing, Buying & Planning to align VIC in-store strategies with broader business objectives. VIC Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Develop customized solutions to meet VIC needs and maximize on client lifetime value
• Leverage Clientelling tools and resources; compile feedback and contribute towards ongoing improvements to company client development processes and technological solutions
• Develop strategic growth plan for Million Dollar Sellers
• Educate Sales Professionals on best practices on strategies and tactics targeted at VICs

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Proven success in driving client engagement and relationship management
• Deep understanding of the luxury client and consumer behavior
• Past experience in Retail Leadership
• Ability or aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
