Job summary

East Bay BMW in Pleasanton is seeking a Salesperson to drive vehicle sales while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will greet customers, determine vehicle needs, explain features, demonstrate operation, and handle paperwork, delivery, and registrations while contributing to dealership goals and CSI standards. Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer and determines vehicle needs.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle.
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Computes and quotes sales price including tax and discounts.
• Follows through with paperwork for vehicle sales and delivery.
