BMW Seattle is seeking dynamic Automotive Sales Representatives to join our downtown Seattle team and deliver an exceptional luxury buying experience. You will greet clients, present BMW vehicles, discuss financing, and guide customers through the purchase process.

The role is full-time, on-site with baseline training, commission opportunities, and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends to align with peak demand. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with navigating showroom and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with BMW product information and financing options.
• Guide customers through the full sales process from inquiry to purchase.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of BMW models, features, and options.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Aim to exceed monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring satisfaction.
