Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group's East Bay BMW location is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to greet customers, explain vehicle features, and guide them through the sales process. You will demonstrate options, answer questions, and assist with test drives to create a positive buying experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Advanced technology skills.
• Ability to learn timekeeping and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on product options and vehicle features.
• Demonstrate features and conduct test drives for customers.
• Provide brochures and information on equipment upgrades.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards and support the sales team.
• Attend required trainings and ensure accurate timekeeping.
