Job summary

Rusnak Auto Group in Pasadena is seeking a Product Concierge Specialist at our INEOS-Grenadier dealership. You will educate customers on how to operate their vehicle and tailor the delivery experience to each buyer, setting expectations and guiding them through features and settings.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills with at least 1 year in automotive or retail roles, valid California driver's and sales licenses, and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Customer Service or similar roles in Automotive, Retail, Sales, or Hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle features and delivery process.
• Ensure all pre-delivery checklist requirements are met.
• Program personalized vehicle settings prior to delivery.
• Explain features to customers and tailor delivery to their knowledge level.
• Follow up post-delivery to answer questions and reinforce knowledge.
• Assist service waiting customers and engage the lounge area.
• Train team members on key vehicle technologies and answer questions.
