Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Product Specialist to join our Genesis of Palm Springs team in Palm Springs, CA. This exciting role offers the chance toWork in a fast-paced environment and to develop deep product knowledge with Mercedes-Benz brand presentations.

You will guide customers through product features, arrange delivery, and ensure a positive guest experience. The position emphasizes organization, professionalism, and strong customer service in a luxury dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Driver/Delivery Specialist experience strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
• Extremely organized with a dedicated attention to detail.
• Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality.
• Will undergo drug test and criminal background check.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pre-delivery is properly performed and the vehicle is guest-ready.
• Set a proper expectation for the length of delivery.
• Provide a thorough explanation and demonstration of vehicle features and controls.
• Master vehicle product knowledge prior to delivery for the customer.
• Personalize the vehicle delivery to the customer’s needs.
• Oversee the guest’s first real interaction with their Mercedes-Benz.
• Utilize resources and applications to assist in product information support.
• Maintain a collection of product information to assist explanations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery and to build a long-term relationship.
