Rusnak Auto Group's Westlake BMW dealership is hiring a Product Concierge Specialist to ensure customers begin their ownership experience with full knowledge of their vehicle’s operation. Compensation is $20/hr, with opportunities based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar roles in automotive, retail, sales, hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Education: HS Diploma/GED; California Sales License required.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle operation and features during pre-delivery and delivery.
• Use CRM to respond to new leads and follow up with customers after delivery.
• Train team members on vehicle technologies and answering product questions.
• Assist management with scheduling, planning and customer service in the department.
• Track vehicle inventory and coordinate transportation as needed.
