Job summary

Rusnak Auto Group is seeking a Sales Consultant at our Westlake BMW dealership to drive vehicle sales and provide exceptional client service. You will engage customers, present models, and guide them through the purchase process.

Role includes achieving sales targets, representing luxury brands, and delivering a seamless client experience from greeting to delivery. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available within a dynamic automotive group.

Qualifications

• Experience Desired: Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar positions in Automotive, Retail, Sales, Hospitality industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Driver License Required: Current California Driver License with satisfactory DMV record.
• License; Required: Current California Sales License.

Responsibilities

• Develops and achieves sales goals with management to meet personal and company objectives.
• Sells, leases, and delivers a pre-agreed upon monthly minimum amount of vehicles.
• Greets clients and assists them in choosing a vehicle and explaining features and options.
• Conducts test drives and follows company policies for test drives and documentation.
• Follows up to ensure client satisfaction and post-delivery items are completed.
