Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service and other dealership needs.
• Coordinate the delivery and return of BMW loaner vehicles.
• Provide professional transportation solutions to make vehicle service convenient.
• Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers at homes, workplaces, or other approved locations.
• Assist customers with BMW technology setup, vehicle features, connectivity, and basic vehicle orientation.
• Facilitate remote paperwork and coordinate with dealership personnel to ensure documents are completed accurately.
• Assist with preliminary trade-in information and vehicle condition details.
• Provide personalized follow-up with customers before and after deliveries and service appointments.
• Handle customer vehicles, keys, documents, and personal information with discretion and care.
