Job summary

Audi Northlake in Charlotte is hiring a sales associate to drive vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. You will greet customers, determine vehicle needs, demonstrate features, and guide the sale through pricing, paperwork, and delivery.

Mandatory requirements include a High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, and basic MS Office skills; prior sales or customer service experience is valued. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Automotive field of study/work experience.
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Researches availability of models and optional equipment.
• Engages in business development.
• Addresses customer concerns.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
