Job summary

Holman Automotive Group’s Audi of Cary is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to build relationships and guide customers through the premium buying journey for Audi vehicles. You will demonstrate features, understand client needs, and work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize purchases.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma with 1 year of related experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate and explain Audi features in showroom and on the road.
• Assist customers from initial inquiry to final purchase and coordinate the sale with Sales Manager and Finance Consultant.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for sale and registration of the vehicle.
• Arrange vehicle delivery and coordinate registration for a smooth handoff to the customer.
• Attend manufacturer and Holman training to maintain product expertise and brand standards.
