Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or luxury retail.
• Knowledge of financing and leasing options.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Build rapport to establish long-term client relationships.
• Assess needs, preferences, and budgets to guide selections.
• Demonstrate Audi features, tech, safety, and performance.
• Conduct test drives and present product details.
• Maintain knowledge of Audi incentives, financing, and options.
• Document customer interactions and follow up via CRM.
• Collaborate with Finance & Insurance to complete purchases.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual sales and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Participate in product training and manufacturer programs.
