Job summary

Holman Audi of Cary seeks a driven Sales Consultant to build relationships, showcase Audi vehicles, and guide customers from inquiry to purchase. You will stay current on Audi models and coordinate with Sales and Finance for a seamless sale, including all paperwork and delivery arrangements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in related sales, and strong customer service, math, and organizational skills, plus a valid driver’s license and a clean record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Must also be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages with accuracy.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate and explain the features, performance, and benefits of Audi vehicles in showroom and on the road.
• Stay up to date on the latest Audi models, technology, and market trends.
• Assist customers in every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Work with Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize the sale, ensuring a seamless purchasing process.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for the sale and registration of the vehicle.
• Make arrangements for vehicle delivery and coordinate registration for a smooth handoff.
• Attend manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise and Holman standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
