Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Travel Industry Sales Manager to drive leisure revenue by soliciting and servicing corporate and leisure travel accounts across key markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Hospitality, or Hotel Operations within a luxury environment.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, revenue generation, hotel operations, financial performance, and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel as required for client development, industry events, and conferences.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

• Identify, solicit, and secure new business from corporate accounts, travel agencies, and other key market segments
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
• Manage annual RFP processes, including pricing strategy and account participation
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, FAM trips, and client engagement activities
• Leverage sales platforms, market intelligence, and industry insights to identify and convert business opportunities
• Collaborate with Worldwide Sales Offices and participate in global sales initiatives
