Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking a Travel Industry Sales Manager to join our pre-opening team in Miches. You will lead sales efforts across luxury travel accounts and territories, strengthening market presence and generating profitable business through strategic outreach and disciplined account management.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will build relationships with luxury advisors and agencies, collaborate with Revenue Management, and travel as needed to

Qualifications

• Three to five years of luxury hotel sales or travel-industry sales experience.
• Established knowledge of luxury travel industry, agencies and consortia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for travel-industry accounts and territories.
• Prospect, solicit and secure business from luxury travel advisors and agencies.
• Manage the full account-development cycle: qualification, contracting, activation, production analysis and retention.
• Build long-term relationships with key travel-industry partners through consistent communication and service.
• Conduct sales calls, destination presentations, site inspections, familiarization trips and trade shows.
• Develop relationships with VIP guests and key clients of agency partners.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management on pricing, segmentation and promotions.
• Identify strategic partnerships to increase Tropicalia awareness and demand.
• Maintain accurate account profiles and production in CRM and sales systems.
• Review account performance and booking trends to increase market share.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity affecting luxury travel.
