Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Regular Full-Time Sous Chef to join the culinary team. The role focuses on leading the kitchen, driving menu innovation, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will manage labor, food costs, and service excellence while collaborating with the Restaurant GM and F&B leadership. 3+ years of experience preferred, with a passion for hospitality and service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Culinary Manager experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities; strong guest service focus.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee menu planning, creativity, and cost management.
• Collaborate with GM and leadership to drive service excellence and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and kitchen operations.
• Support kitchen team development and banquets, as needed.
