Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Regular Full-Time Spa Attendant to support Spa operations with a genuine, welcoming demeanor. You will help maintain cleanliness across the Spa Locker Room and public areas, while delivering exceptional guest service and teamwork in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of spa housekeeping experience, a passion for organization, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of spa housekeeping experience, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment.
• Passion for organization and cleanliness.
• Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift/pull up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Bring a genuine, welcoming personality to enhance guest experiences in Spa Operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Spa Locker Room and all Spa public areas.
• Respond to guest and team needs with professionalism, hospitality, and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, knowing every element contributes to a memorable spa experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
• Support the entire Spa team, including Spa Reception and Therapists, as operational needs arise.
