Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the Dominican Republic seeks an experienced Night Manager to oversee the hotel’s overnight operations, ensuring premier guest service, safety, and adherence to brand standards. You will coordinate with departments, handle guest requests and incidents, and support the Front Office while making timely decisions in emergencies.

Fluent English and luxury-hospitality background required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Night Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions and handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong guest service and guest experience orientation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during the night shift.
• Ensure compliance with service, safety, and guest experience standards.
• Handle and follow up on guest requests, incidents, and special situations.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Support the Front Office team and other operational areas as needed.
• Manage emergency situations and make operational decisions according to established procedures.
• Prepare and communicate relevant reports regarding overnight activities and incidents.
