Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking a Conference Services Manager to join our pre-opening team. You will coordinate planning and execution of group meetings, incentive programs and events, serving as the primary liaison between clients and resort departments to ensure contracts are fulfilled.

Qualifikationen

• College degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Event Management or related field.
• 2–3 years in Conference Services, Catering, Event Planning or luxury-hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of group operations, banquet orders, event logistics and client communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage groups from turnover through departure, including program details and post-event follow-up.
• Identify qualified suppliers and develop a catalogue of destination experiences for groups.
• Conduct planning calls and site inspections to translate client needs into detailed event plans.
• Coordinate guest rooms, meeting spaces, food & beverage, AV, transportation and spa services for events.
• Lead pre-convention meetings and internal reviews to ensure flawless execution.
• Identify upselling opportunities and manage program changes per contract terms and pricing.
• Provide leadership during events and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Front Office and external suppliers throughout the event lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate event documentation and post-event follow-up in resort systems.
