The ideal candidate has 3+ years of luxury retail leadership, a passion for the brand, and proven ability to exceed targets; strong coaching, POS proficiency, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store leadership experience in luxury retail, timepieces, or jewelry.
• Passion for the brand and delivering elevated client experiences.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals while building brand loyalty.
• Strong leadership with coaching, conflict resolution, and team-building.
• Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and digital communication.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; able to stand long durations.

Responsabilités

• Own store performance, delivering on sales goals, KPIs, and profitability.
• Forecast and analyze sales to identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador and selling leader on the floor.
• Drive merchandising, inventory positioning, and promotions.
• Lead clienteling programs and events to deepen loyalty.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach luxury sales talent.
• Maintain store standards and ensure efficient operations.
