REEDS Jewelers, in collaboration with IWC Schaffhausen, seeks a Boutique Manager to lead a luxury store in Tampa. You will drive sales, guide a high-performing team, and uphold premium client experiences in a boutique setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store leadership experience in luxury retail, timepieces, or jewelry.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals while building brand loyalty.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own store performance, delivering on sales goals, KPIs, and profitability.
• Forecast and analyze sales to identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador and selling leader on the floor.
• Drive strategic merchandising, inventory positioning, and promotional execution.
• Inspire a client-first culture with luxury service standards.
• Oversee an appointment-driven business model and exceptional hosting.
• Lead personalized outreach and clienteling programs.
• Conceptualize and execute events that drive traffic and deepen client loyalty.
