Qualifications

• Track record of achieving sales goals and driving business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team alongside the Store Manager.
• Drive boutique business plans, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Deliver concierge clienteling and luxury service reflecting brand values.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with policies.
