REEDS Jewelers in Daytona Beach is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a luxury client experience. You will drive sales, shape customer service, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic, upscale environment.

You’ll coach talent, manage daily operations, optimize inventory and promotions, and partner with leadership to execute strategy that grows market share while maintaining impeccable store presentation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury or jewelry retail.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership presence and talent development capabilities.
• Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital commerce tools.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
