• Experience with watches or timepieces preferred

Responsibilities

• Own store performance, achieving sales goals and KPIs
• Forecast sales and identify growth opportunities
• Lead on-floor as brand ambassador and selling leader
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and promotions
• Develop talent through coaching and monthly reviews
• Maintain accurate inventory, shrink control, and POS
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and store budget
