You will drive sales performance, coach staff, and collaborate with management on store operations, inventory, and training. The role requires strong business acumen, luxury fashion knowledge, and outstanding communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve financial targets, maximize sales, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Support business planning through analysis of product performance and action plans.
• Build client relationships, encourage clienteling, and ensure an engaging client journey.
• Coach and develop team members, identify talent, and support training plans.
• Partner with Store Manager and support floor management, store procedures, inventory, logistics, and back-of-house organization.
• Maintain company standards for product care, staff presentation, and operational activities.
