Job summary

Soleil Tans Sun Spa is seeking an Assistant Team Lead to support the Team Lead in daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve sales goals. You will lead shifts in the Team Lead’s absence, coach partners, and ensure high standards across service and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership/sales experience in a similar environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, with proven ability to close memberships and upsell products.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage shift-level leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations.
• Demonstrates initiative without being asked.
• Weekend and evening availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift in the absence of the Team Lead and coach partners.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, products, and upgrades.
• Monitor and drive shift-level sales performance; encourage upselling.
• Oversee daily operations, including equipment checks, sanitization, and store readiness.
• Ensure adherence to Soleil Tans policies & procedures.
• Manage opening/closing duties and shift management.
• Escalate guest or operational issues to management.
