Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Nu Stadium in Miami, FL is hiring a full-time Suites Support Administrative Assistant to manage administrative and onboarding tasks. The role supports luxury suites operations on game days and requires at least 2 years in an administrative setting with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative/office experience.
• Experience with office procedures and standard equipment.
• Experience in food and beverage service is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process all suite food and beverage orders, verify accuracy and capture all channels in the system.
• Prepare daily suites reports, sales and financial data, game day notes, and post-event reports.
• Work with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish service levels and support menu planning.
• Coordinate setup of luxury suites and pantries for game day service.
• Serve as a game day supervisor, support catered events and assist with team scheduling and check-in.
• Maintain department filing systems and answer the suite’s phone line.
