Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry
• Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPs certifications
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of all concession locations under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
• Assist with coordinating team members and groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
• Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and guest service
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
• Oversee cash handling and financial reporting, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory management
