Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Suites Expeditor at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As an Expeditor, you will coordinate food and beverage service from the kitchen to luxury suites, ensuring timely, accurate orders and VIP requests are met.

The pay is $22.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and paid parental bonding leave.

Qualifications

• No degree or prior experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and events

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift briefings to review schedules, VIP requests, and priorities
• Coordinate front- and back-of-house communications on orders and timing
• Organize and prioritize order tickets for accurate suite processing
• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure timely, accurate prep and delivery
• Expedite VIP orders, maintaining menu/ingredient knowledge
• Train teammates on expeditor duties and ticket procedures
• Maintain expo station; assist with prep, plating, stocking, opening/closing

What will you do?

• Attend pre-shift briefings to review service schedules, menu updates, VIP requests, guest notes, and operational priorities
• Coordinate communication between front- and back-of-house teams regarding order status, menu changes, service timing, and special requests
• Organize and prioritize order tickets to ensure suite orders are processed accurately and in the proper sequence
• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure orders are prepared, packaged, presented, and delivered accurately and on time
• Expedite VIP and special request orders while maintaining detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparations, and allergens
• Train team members on expeditor responsibilities, communication standards, service expectations, and ticket management procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station while assisting with food preparation, plating, stocking, and opening and closing duties as needed
