Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Miami, FL, is hiring a seasonal Suites Expeditor to coordinate food and beverage service from the kitchen to luxury suites at Nu Stadium. The role offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift briefings to review schedules, VIP requests, and priorities.

• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Expedite VIP and special requests with menu and allergen knowledge.
• Train team members on expeditor duties and ticket procedures.
• Maintain a clean expo station and assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Suites Expeditor to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for coordinating food and beverage service from the kitchen to our luxury suites.

Pay

$22.00 – $22.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Attend pre-shift briefings to review service schedules, menu updates, VIP requests, guest notes, and operational priorities
• Coordinate communication between front- and back-of-house teams regarding order status, menu changes, service timing, and special requests
• Organize and prioritize order tickets to ensure suite orders are processed accurately and in the proper sequence
• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure orders are prepared, packaged, presented, and delivered accurately and on time
• Expedite VIP and special request orders while maintaining detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparations, and allergens
• Train team members on expeditor responsibilities, communication standards, service expectations, and ticket management procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station while assisting with food preparation, plating, stocking, and opening and closing duties as needed
