Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Miami, FL is seeking seasonal Premium Club Attendants to ensure the smooth operation of luxury suites at Nu Stadium. You will stock, serve, and attend to guests in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment.
• Previous experience as suite runner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival.
• Anticipate guests' needs and communicate in-suite orders.
• Check identification before serving alcohol.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
• Obtain signatures from the host on any charges incurred.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Premium Club Attendants to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Premium Club Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests’ needs.

Pay

$18.00 – $18.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Prepare station and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event


• Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff


• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol


• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event


• Obtain signatures from the host on any charges incurred

More about you

• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
  
• Exposure to variable temperatures
