Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a part-time Suite Attendant in Foxborough, MA 02035 to provide exceptional customer service to luxury suite guests and suite holders.

You will handle suite setup, maintain the suite during events, and anticipate guests’ needs, serving beverages and ensuring service standards are met. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and standards.
• Maintains professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible schedule; some nights, weekends and holidays will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to internal and external guests.
• Set up suites and maintain them during events.
• Review event day orders to ensure accuracy before guest arrival.
• Prepare and serve beverages following service standards.
• Ensure wine, table, and buffet service standards are met.
• Break down, clean, and store service equipment after events.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete tasks in various environments as directed.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
