Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Luxury Suite guests and Suite Holders during events.
• Assist with suite setup and maintain the suite during events.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and fulfill special requests with management assistance.
• Deliver first-class service including wine, table, and buffet service as required.
• Break down and clean service equipment after events and store properly.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation standards; follow event-day orders.
