Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking a Suite Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service to luxury suite guests and suite holders at Foxborough events. You will set up suites, maintain them during events, and assist with beverage service in a fast-paced stadium setting.

Applicants should have 2–4 years in high-volume catering, knowledge of food and beverage service, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to commit to football season and off-season peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to luxury suite guests and suite holders.
• Set up suites and maintain them during events.
• Assist with beverage service and wine service as needed.
• Review event-day orders to ensure accuracy.
• Break down and clean service areas after events.
• Respond to guest needs promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
