Job summary

Chloé is seeking a Chloe Stylist to welcome guests and advise clients as part of the Maison experience. You will build long-term client relationships, manage CRM targets, and execute personalized clienteling campaigns to drive sales in a luxury environment.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, leveraging omnichannel tools, and maintaining a meticulously presented store with strong after-sales follow-up. Training and brand programs support ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service and develops long-term relationships
• Aware of CRM targets and acts to reach them
• Implements personalized outreach campaigns using clienteling tools
• Captures client data and notes qualitative information
• Knows portfolio of customers, especially VVICs and VICs
• Offers excellent customer service and drives sales
• Uses omnichannel services to grow sales
• Aware of store and individual sales and KPI targets; participates in activities to reach them
• Completes trainings and participates in commercial activities set by SM/ASM/HO
• Strives to achieve sales, KPI and CRM targets
• Aware of local trading environment and competitors’ activities
• Ensures impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming
• Informs SM/ASM of repairs to maintain a luxurious environment
• Implements guidelines for store and BOH; participates in inventories
• Supports after-sales customers and follows up for impeccable service
• Complies with Richemont policies and standards
