Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long‑term relationships.
• Capture client data and notes of qualitative information.
• Understand portfolio of customers, including VVICs and VICs.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports and business areas to cover.
• Relationships: Clients/Co‑workers/Management/Vendors.
• Other tasks and duties as requested by manager.
• Consistently works to achieve given sales, KPIs and CRM targets.
• Implements personalized reach‑out campaigns and utilizes all client‑leling tools to complete CRM tasks.
